Ë5 flux – this is a water solution of organic fluxing products.
Ë5 - this is a soldering flux for:
- oxide film removing from solder or metals soldered surfaces,
- surface protecting,
- Lowering of solder melted interfacial surface tension on metal – solder – flux border in assemble operations of PCBs production.
Ë5 flux may be used for fusing of solder plated printed circuit boards.
Ë5 - this is a weak activated flux with good wettability of components surface on printed board including surface mounted components with planar leads.
Ë5 flux helps for solder levelling on PCB and components surface.
